2. SPORTS HALL IN CRETE
The main stadium has dimensions 56x67m and is surrounded by the amphitheater and the recreation hall. One half of it is covered by curved steel trusses, and the other half has curved wooden beams, both seating on a central, box-like main steel truss. The support of the wooden beams to the main truss is materialized through horizontal springs , so that temperature effects will be eliminated , and also for the wooden beams to remain under constant prestress , mainly for deflection reasons The design is fully accomplished and the construction of the building is completed. Stadium extending over a total area of about 10.150 m² ,with the main hall having dimensions 47Χ40m, covered by steel roof. In order to achieve large spans with low height of beams, they are hanged by rigid trusses situated at the top floor. Addition of 3 floors on top of existing ground floor, using steel elements. 9. RESTORATION OF AN EXISTING INDUSTRIAL BUILDING TO BE USED AS CULTURAL CENTER
In the location of an old gas storage steel building, a new circular steel building is designed, consisting of a concrete basement, on the perimeter walls of which sit the new steel columns of the upper floors. The upper structure has the shape of dodecagon with columns and diagonal bracing members parallel to the existing ones, which are not demolished. The design is fully accomplished as part of a successful competition biding (“Design –Construction “system) and the construction of the building is completed. The framing system consists of rigid floor girders seating on chosen positions of the existing reinforced concrete framing system, whereas the columns and the roof beams are made of light steel sections. » Το Γραφείο μας έχει αναλάβει την μελέτη 4 κτιρίων από το πρόγραμμα αρχιτεκτονικής αναβάθμισης της περιοχής του Μεταξουργείου από την Εταιρεία ανάπτυξης “OLIAROS“, με αρχιτέκτονες την Εταιρεία “DECA Architecture“.

» Είναι σε εξέλιξη η επίβλεψη του καταστήματος super market “LIDL HELLAS“ στο Π. Φάληρο.

» Παραδόθηκε και βρίσκεται στο στάδιο έγκρισης των τευχών δημοπράτησης η μελέτη του υποκαταστήματος “ΙΚΑ ΑΡΓΟΣΤΟΛΙΟΥ“ με αρχιτέκτονες την Εταιρεία «Αρχιτεκτονική ΕΠΕ – Π. Γραμματόπουλος, Χ. Πανουσάκης».
