- Οur office was assigned, after participating in the tender with the “study-build” system, the project “New three-story building ΠΑΔΑ” of the University of Western Attica.
- The Ministry of Culture recently approved our study for the installation of a 20m long sewer pipe on the rock of the “Acropolis of Athens”.
- The study and supervision of the buildings of the touristic complex “ASTERIA” in Glyfada is in progress.
- The strengthening design of the General Chemistry building in Athens owned by EUROBANK is in progress.
- Τhe project of the Municipality of N. Philadelphia – N. Chalkidonos “Improvement and utilization of a former military factory of Δ.E.N. Chalcedon” is in progress.
- The supervision of the strengthening of two industrial buildings of the pharmaceutical Company “N. Gerolimatos” in Acharnes, studied by our Office, is in progress.
- The construction of the project concerning the strengthening of a multistory building in 36 Chalkokondyli str., Athens, is in progress
- The construction design and the tender documents for the project “Strengthening the student residence building in Zografou” of the National Technical University of Athens, with employer the Onassis Foundation, were approved.
- Our Office participated in the tender with the “study-build” system for the “Woodworking Theater” project of the Municipality of Peristeri and the results are awaited.
- Our Office was assigned by ΚΤΥΠ (Buildings Infrastructure) and the “Philekpedeftiki Etería” to restore and strengthen the roofs of the Arsakeiο building on Panepistimiou, Stadiou, Arsaki and Pesmazoglou streets, which is characterized as listed monument.
- Our Office was assigned the structural design of a 76 bed touristic complex in Stavros of Ithaki island.
- Our Office was assigned with the checking of the structural adequacy of the GSK (Glaxosmithkline) offices in Athens, which was submitted and successfully received recently.
